MEET OUR TEAM
For Brian Morris, leadership is a mission. He operates with the profound belief that business is one of the most effective platforms for creating Kingdom impact. With a career spanning two decades in Division 1 Athletics and executive leadership, Brian operates at the intersection of high-level strategy and Kingdom purpose. He has built a reputation for multiplying impact—not just by driving revenue, but by cultivating environments where integrity, vision, and people thrive.
Brian’s influence is amplified through relationships. With over twenty years of experience in Division 1 Athletics, executive positions, and as President of Leadercast, he has cultivated deep personal trust among the globe’s most sought-after leadership experts, authors, coaches, and speakers. Brian leverages this elite access as a strategic tool for Kingdom impact—curating and deploying high-value assets to organizations hungry for transformation. He serves as a bridge, connecting decision-makers with the specific wisdom they need to scale both their vision and their values.
Brian views leadership as an act of service, a high calling to help individuals and organizations step into their God-given purpose. This faith-rooted approach was the catalyst behind his role as President and Managing Partner of Leadercast. In April 2025, Brian led the organization's revitalization, bringing Leadercast to his hometown of Kansas City. Viewing the opportunity as a mission to breathe life back into a dormant brand, he delivered a 320% increase in attendance and an unprecedented 800% surge in sponsorship revenue. The turnaround was a testament to his team and the belief that when you honor people and execute with excellence, the results follow.
Prior to founding Morris Strategic in December 2025, Brian served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Business Officer at Mammoth Sports Construction. There, he scaled the company’s footprint, growing annual revenue from $10M to $80M. His tenure included securing landmark projects, such as a $40M+ multi-sport complex in South Dakota, demonstrating that ethical leadership and high-stakes business success are not mutually exclusive—they are complementary.
Brian’s professional philosophy is deeply influenced by his early career in collegiate athletics, where he discovered his calling to develop others. He believes that true vision comes from seeking wisdom and that decision-making should always be filtered through a lens of integrity and long-term legacy.
Deeply committed to living out his faith in the community, Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Kansas City Fellowship of Christian Athletes and ADs for Christ. He previously served on the board of the Kansas City Sports Commission.
At home, Brian and his wife, Tracie, are parents to six kids, ages 19-8. He views his family as his most important calling. A third-generation K-State alum and avid Wildcat fan, he carries a spirit of excellence and gratitude throughout the organization and community.
